Product Description

• This unit offers a complete control solution for automated assembly system with full functions, it is designed and built on one single platform, including electrical control system, vacuum suction cup pick and place structure, conveyor belt mechanism, various pneumatic actuators, etc.
• The movement of suction cup in horizontal direction is achieved by rodless cylinder, a biaxial cylinder is adopted to realize the motion in vertical direction.
• The complete aluminium structure conveyor belt is driven by a DC brushless gear motor, its side groove can be used for the installation of various detecting sensors, a rotary cylinder with stopper is used for the positioning of workpiece on conveyor belt, making the assembly process be conducted in sequence.
• All terminals are led out on colorized printed panel top. The pneumatic is powered by a minitype compressor with high convenience and the connection is achieved by quick coupling.
