CNC-201 is a comprehensive wind power generation training equipment, it demonstrates the practical application of such a combined system for student to conduct the investigation of Solar & Wind power generation.And it has the following advantages:
**Realistic simulation of natural wind and adjustable light source**:
· High-power axial fan: The standard high-power axial fan can simulate the wind conditions in natural environments realistically.
· Adjustable light source: The equipped adjustable light source allows the laboratory to study system performance stably without being affected by external conditions. The brightness and angle of the light source can be adjusted according to experimental requirements.
**Simulation of solar module height and angle**:
· Height simulator: The solar module is equipped with a height simulator, which adjusts the angle of the light source automatically through PLC or manually through HMI and buttons, simulating the process of the sun rising and setting.
· Dual axis tracking platform: The photovoltaic panel is installed on the dual axis tracking platform to achieve automatic or manual sun tracking function, ensuring that the photovoltaic panel is always aligned with the sun and maximizing the efficiency of light energy conversion.
**Wind module wind direction and speed simulation**:
· Wind direction simulator: The wind module is equipped with a wind direction simulator, which can automatically adjust the wind source angle through PLC or HMI and buttons to simulate different wind direction conditions.
· Wind speed control: The wind speed is controlled by a VFD (variable frequency drive), equipped with adjustment buttons, data acquisition anemometers, and HMI display screens to achieve precise wind speed adjustment and real-time monitoring.
**Digital combination charging controller and dedicated instrument**:
· Digital combination charging controller: Both solar panels and wind turbines are connected to the digital combination charging controller, which allows for independent or combined research on the output of the two energy sources, providing data support for system optimization.
· Specialized instruments: equipped with specialized instruments such as electricity meters, AC/DC voltmeters, and ammeters, used to investigate system efficiency and characteristics, helping researchers gain a deeper understanding of the system's operating conditions and optimization directions.
