•  Comprehensive integration of various technologies

This is a comprehensive mechatronic training and simulation system, it offers a complete solution for the study of modern factory automation with process control systems and integrates a variety of technological applications, including mechanical & electrical & electronic & sensor & communication & PID control technologies, etc.

•  Industrial-grade components simulating full factory production line modules

Industrial grade components and control methods are used to fully demonstrate the factory production line system, including feeding unit, transfer belt unit (I), sorting unit (x3), heating & cooling unit, stopper unit , transit platform with pushing unit, transfer belt unit (II), HMI control unit, etc.

•  Open modular electrical control units with hands-on cabling operations

The input and output signal cables of each actuators and sensors are led to open type modular electrical control units, coming with 2mm sockets for the practical operation between power supply unit, programmable logical controller unit and instrument unit, using banana cables.

•  Adjustable-height movable frame for flexible training purpose

Height adjustable frame structure is adopted for the system to achieve flexible training purpose, the complete platform is movable and lockable.

•  Modular design & movable structure

The experiment panel adopts modular design, coming with standard height that can easily be inserted into the frame area. The complete unit is movable and lockable, with complete aluminium profile structure.
