CAP-505 Four-story Lift Control Trainer
• The model simulates a lift system with 4 floors and each floor can be selected from an operating panel
and from each floor. Thanks to the open design of this unit, each movement sequence can be checked
visually via transparent lift car unit and whole structure complete aluminium profile frame.
• Nixie tube of 7-segment display and double sided arrow are used for lift car position and direction indication.
• DC gear motors as the power source and limit switches as the position signal, forming a complete control
logic of lift control system, with all terminals led out to 2mm sockets.

>CONFIGURATION
1. Lift car mechanism
- DC gear motor: DC24V with synchronizing wheel on shaft head
- Weight balancer: coordinate with DC motor with synchronizing wheel
- Synchronous belt: width 4.5mm
- Limit switches: for door open/close limit and leveling limit
- Transparent design of acrylic material
2. Dragging unit: DC gear motor with steel mounting base, traction wheel and rope
3. Power supply: Input: 110…240VAC, output: DC24V
4. Signal indication: nixie tube of 7-segment display and double sided arrow, two each for one floor
5. Control buttons: 4x internal floor calling, 2x door control, 3x external down calling and 3x external up calling.
6. Frame and panel: engraved and colorized printed panel, with complete aluminium profile as frame,
as well as the lift main body, complete size 290mm*310mm*750mm.
7. Cable suite: 2mm, conductor cross section: 0.5 mm2 SR wire, 500V CATII, with axial socket
8. Manual: programming and wiring sample are provided, together with schematic diagrams.
