This is a mobile belt conveyor system control solution that integrates electrical control, PLC, variable frequency drive, HMI display, three-phase motor drive, mechanical transmission, and sensing detection. Efficient and flexible conveyor belt system:
The conveyor belt adopts a complete aluminum structure, which is not only sturdy and durable, but also easy to maintain and clean.

The design of the conveyor belt side groove facilitates the installation of various detection sensors, thereby achieving real-time monitoring of the workpiece status.
The rotary cylinder with a stopper is used to accurately position the workpiece on the conveyor belt, ensuring the sequence and accuracy of the assembly process.

All terminals are led out at the top of the color printed panel, which makes electrical connections more intuitive and convenient, reducing the risk of wiring errors.

By quickly connecting the pneumatic device, the installation and debugging process is further simplified, and work efficiency is improved.
