CAD-101 Transparent Four-floor Elevator Emulator.It has the following advantages:
(1)Structure: Programmable logic controller is used as the main control unit, with variable frequency drive for AC motor control. Designed with fault setting system available for system fault simulation up to 32 quantity.
(2)Installation: Door safety shoe protection mechanism, door motor torque protection mechanism, French door automatic closing function, terminal limit switch safety protection system.
(3)Components: The working principle is the same as the actual elevator, with overspeed safety protection function, lifting trolley and counterweight spring buffer mechanism.
(4)Flexibility: A complete transparent open structure is used to make all internal movements visible, and the size is miniaturized to a height of 1850mm, which is very suitable for displaying and operating the entire elevator system in a limited space.
