CJZ-101 Mechanical Transmission and Assembly System Trainer

This trainer is developed to meet the training requirements for assembly and parts drawing cognition, basic bench worker operation, components and mechanism assembly technology and adjustment, assembly quality inspection, etc. It is composed of various mechanical modules, each module can be used for independent or combined training.  It has the following advantages:

1. Comprehensive skills training:
· It integrates training content on assembly and part drawing cognition, basic fitter operation skills, assembly technology and adjustment methods for components and mechanisms, as well as comprehensive inspection of assembly quality, ensuring that students can fully master the core skills of mechanical assembly.

2. Highly modular structure:
· The trainer consists of various precision mechanical modules, including a training platform, mechanical transmission mechanism, multi-stage gearbox, two-dimensional worktable, intermittent turntable, crank connecting rod and cam mechanism, and power source. These modules can be used independently or freely combined to meet the changing needs of different training scenarios and learners, providing a flexible and diverse training experience.
