• Movable hydraulics system with drawers

This is a flexible hydraulics teaching system, the complete structure is formed by aluminium profiles, as well as the storage drawer unit, universal and silent castors are adopted to achieve movable ability.

• Tool-free quick mounting system with leak-proof, self-sealing couplings for easy connections

Quick mounting system is adopted to realize all components to be mounted easily and securely on the grooved profile plate in any direction without tools. The connection between hydraulic tube and hydraulic components is achieved by fast connecting and self-sealing couplings without leakage, thanks to its lockable and spring design, the insertion of hydraulic tubes can be realized simply by pushing the female coupling only and the extraction can be achieved easily by pulling the spring ring with one hand.

• Compatible electrical units for both hydraulics and pneumatics, maximizing functionality
The electrical units are clamped into the top frame and sequenced individually, the supports and the electrical units are the same for both hydraulics and pneumatics, single investment with double the functionality.

• Expandable with hydraulic and electrical/electronic parts for beginner to advanced engineering skills

A variety of hydraulic and electrical/electronics parts are available for experiment extension, help achieve skills of different levels from elementary to advanced hydraulic engineering.

1. Hydraulic training platform:

- Grooved aluminium profile mounting plate of size 700mm x 1210mm (double side mountable)

- Powder coating sheet steel oil tray of 2mm thickness

- Frame structure of extruded aluminium profile 30mm x 30mm with 4 grooves

- Universal castors of two lockable, with dia 100mm, up to capacity 80kg/pcs.

- 3-layer drawer with sheet steel base plate for the direct mounting of hydraulic components

- Complete frame part separable for easy delivery

- Overall dimension: 1210mm x 520mm x 1640mm (approx.)

 

2. Hydraulic power rack (with oil):

- Multiple socket output: 4 fold, 16A with air switch and 2.5mm2 section power cord of 2m length

- Pump: gear pump, max pressure 10MPa, displacement 2.5cc/r, speed 1400 r/min.

- Motor: standard 1ph 220V, power 0.75KW, vertical mounted

- Tank: 16L of size 250*250*250mm, vertical mounted with oil temperature and liquid level meter, coming with filling hole, mounting base screws, backup holes are provided on tank

- Distribution block with P/T port, overflow control mechanism, pressure gauge.

- Independent hydraulic power control box: rotary knob, emergency button and indicator

- Hydraulic oil container: colourless, 20 liters, material HDPE, weight 1300g approx.

- 4mm Safety sealing cable: Conductor cross section: 16AWG (1.318mm2 ) tinned copper wire, 3kV, 20A, with axial socket and protective sleeve, with different lengths and colors

- Hydraulic hose kit & holder: stainless steel material, two pieces be mounted on aluminium profile, hose with elbow / hose with measuring port / hose of different lengths.
