This is a modular production training and simulation system that integrates technology applications from multiple fields such as mechanical, electrical, and electronic. It uses industrial grade components and control methods, supports PLC control and function expansion, can be flexibly combined and moved, and has the following advantages
 

1. Modular design and comprehensive technology application: 
· As a typical modular production training and simulation system, it integrates various technological applications such as mechanical, electrical, electronic, information, sensor, and interface technologies, providing classic solutions for mechatronics research. 

2. Industrial grade components and controls: 
· Adopting industrial grade components and control methods, fully demonstrating the practical application of modular production systems. Each of the three modular units is equipped with an independent PLC control system, covering the entire process of monitoring, feeding, handling, belt conveyor, and sorting. 

3. Quick Connection and Function Expansion: 
· The input and output signal cables of the actuator are quickly connected to the PLC unit through a serial port, and the PLC's I/O interface uses a 4mm safety socket for easy functional expansion. PLC units can not only be used for logic control of modular stations, but also as independent units for external programming applications. 

4. Flexible combination and portability: 
· All stations can be combined with other stations to create a system, and the entire unit adopts a movable and lockable aluminum profile structure for easy assembly, disassembly, and transportation.
